High growth is driven by scarcity in quality office space at these locations. </p>
<p>In recent times, big projects have come up with Grade &lsquo;A&rsquo; supply that commands premium over others as said by relators. </p>
<p>Suburban Hyderabad was the only location where rental space increased by more than 15%. Hyderabad&rsquo;s office space rental have increased from Rs. 32 to 38 or 18.8%. Location that figured in top 15 areas are Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai and Pune</p>
<p>In the meantime, Mumbai&rsquo;s central business district (Nariman Point) dropped from the eighth to 15th spot in the annual report on commercial property across the world by global property consultants Cushman &amp; Wakefield. This is the first time over six years that Mumbai has dropped out of the top 10 rent rankings. London, Tokyo and Hong Kong has maintained their position as the top three on the annual chart, Beijing (5) and Sydney (7) came into top 10 for the first time in 2012. </p>
<p>India executive director of Cushman &amp; Wakefield Mr. Ravi Ahuja Said &#8211; Decline of MUmbai&rsquo;s CBD rentals is reflective of two very important aspects first, that other micro markets across Mumbai are witnessing a growth vis-a-vis the CBD. Second, there is certain amount of rationalisation in rentals in locations that had seen unprecedented rise in peak periods of 2007-08. Nariman Point has seen steady and perhaps planned decline in the few years as other micro markets like Bandra Kurla Complex and Lower Parel recorded a corresponding rise. BKC consciously planned to decongest the CBD over period of time and seeing this phenomenon setting in. </p>
<p>As Nariman Point saw a rental decline of approximately 8% in 2011 allowing location to slip in global ranking largely due to diminishing interest from occupiers on account of higher prices, growing distances from residential hubs and lower quality and age of construction. </p>

However there are some worst markets like Jaipur, Hyderabad, Kochi and Bangalore in that order. Below the 2007 base index of 100 points Jaipur is 36% below, Hyderabad 21%, Kochi 18% lower and Bangalore has just about recovered to the 2007 mark. </p>
<p>There is a fine balance between the demand and supply where Chennai has traditionally been a conservative end user&rsquo;s market noted by Secretary Mr. T Chitty Babu of Confederation of Real Estate Developers&rsquo; Association of India. </p>
<p>Chennai is the first city to recover from the 2008 fall and its suburbs have seen robust growth in automobile, textile and leather industries, telecom, over and above the IT sector. Over one lakh jobs have been generated annually in past two years. </p>

<p>The river was not high, so there was not more <a href="http://skeevisarts.com">than a two or three mile current</a>. Hardly a word was<br />
said<strong> during the next three-quarters of</strong> an hour. Now the raft was passing before the distant town. Two or three glimmering lights showed where it lay, peacefully sleeping, beyond the <em>vague vast sweep</em> of star-gemmed water, unconscious of the <span style="text-decoration: underline;">tremendous</span> event that was happening.</p>
